If you enjoy staying at an elegant hotel on its own golf course the Hotel Valle del Este will be just the place for you. From the modern style architecture both outside and inside the building to the tastefully decorated rooms the hotel has been designed with comfort and style in mind.

And it's not just golf that's on offer in this unspoilt area of Spain. Within a short drive you have mountain villages, stunning scenery, beaches, coastal resorts and towns like Mojacar and Vera to discover.

The hotel has views over the course as well as distant views of the Mediterranean, and a countryside footpath has been constructed around the course with great views if you are still feeling energetic. Or head down to the hotel's beach club on Vera beach and enjoy a meal in the Restaurant-Trattoria which offers fine Mediterranean cuisine. As with many golf resorts, villas and apartments are still being built around the course, but don't let this deter you from enjoying a few rounds on a first class course.

Almeria Aiport - 1 hour

There is a small commercial centre located next to the hotel with a few shops and restaurants now open. Our favourite is 'Venues', a great little sports bar with entertainment in the evenings and good value food and drinks - George promises you the best burger you've ever tasted - quite a challenge!!
