Reputed to be a favourite course of Bing Crosby the Torrequebrada has a well established reputation as a top quality course with the added bonus of its locality to the popular coastal resorts.
Previous host to the Spanish Open, Torrequebrada is not an especially long course, but don't be fooled as it is still a tough test of golf! Although the fairwars are quite forgiving, you won't get away without giving shot careful thought as a number of dog legs, elevated tees, ravines and water hazards are always on hand to catch you out.
If you want to compete with your companions for a nearest the pin shot, the short 3rd hole is the place to try it - just don't let the fact that Seve Ballasteros scored a 7 here put you off!
Clever use of landscaping and a variety of shrubs and trees make this course a pleasure to play. As the layout winds up and down, spectacular scenery and views of the sea and mountains can be enjoyed and we know you will want to return.
On finishing your round, there is a lovely bar and restaurant that looks out onto the 18th green. Perfect for enjoying a drink with friends and discussing your rounds on this beautiful course.
