Bendinat

Situated just 7kms west of Palma, the Real Golf de Bendinat is one of the most picturesque courses on the island of Mallorca.  Set in an extensive wooded valley in the heart of the Bendinat Housing Estate.

 

Bendinat Golf was enlarged in 1995, under the direction of Martin Hawtree, to accommodate 18 holes and a full grid of buggy paths.  Several improvements were also carried out including the addition of a driving range.

 

A very varied course, Bendinat offers stunning sea views as well as a beautiful pine valley.  The gently undulating terrain make it a suitable course for golfers of all abilities with the front 9 holes set in natural parkland and the newer second 9 holes being much flatter yet requiring more precision.

 

The King of Spain is in fact a regular visitor to the course which is how the Royal title was acheived!

 

	Bon Sol Hotel (1km) This family-run hotel in Illetas has become very popular with our customers, many of whom return year after year. A lovely setting, excellent service and the half board is recommended.
	Nixe Palace Hotel (2km) With six golf courses all within a 20 minute drive from the hotel, the 5 star Nixe Palace has a great location for visiting golfers and is very popular with groups being only 2kms from the centre of Palma with its great variety of nightlife.
	Marina Portals Hotel (2km) The Salles Hotel Marina Portals is situated close to centre of Portals Nous and only a few minutes walk to the exclusive Marina of Puerto Portals with its many boats and yachts, along with its vibrant bars and restaurants serving the finest seafood and European dishes.
	Son Caliu Hotel Spa Oasis (4km) This good value hotel, close to the marina area of Portals Nous and to the lively resort of Palma Nova, is just right for golfing groups.
	Aparthotel Ponent Mar (4km) The Ponent Mar is a popular self-catering aparthotel located close to the lively resort of Palma Nova.
